It has become apparent to us that schools want more than our unpaid Ad-Hoc IT technical support for their Admin Systems. So we have decided to offer an Admin Remote Technical Support Package for £500 per year. This service will provide you with remote technical support for your Admin Systems and in particular for the 3 times a year Capita SIMS updates and census. The service is subject to a fair use policy and is remote technical support only. (Should it be felt necessary for an on-site visit then this would be charged at our normal tech-time rates) If you are interested in this service, then please don’t hesitate to contact us.
